The Photography in the RAW club is a monthly gathering for visual artists who care about the craft of the image — still or moving. No pretense. No gatekeeping. Just a room of people making work, sharing it, and getting better together. Hosted by Robert Morrissey at Salt Media Studios in Frederick, Colorado.

Still images — street, portrait, landscape, editorial, fine art.

Motion work — short films, documentaries, reels, cinematography.

Visual storytelling across every medium — composites, hybrid, experimental.

Doors & Social
Arrive, settle in, meet fellow artists. Coffee and conversation in the studio.
Image Share & Critique
Members present work — finished or in-progress. Group critique led by Robert Morrissey. Bring prints, files, or footage.
Technique or Guest Spotlight
A focused demo or a featured artist presentation — rotating topics across photography, video, and visual storytelling.
Open Studio Time
Use the cyclorama wall, lighting gear, and studio space. Shoot, experiment, collaborate. The studio is yours.

— What to Bring
Bring 3–5 images or a short video clip you want feedback on. Prints, laptop, or USB — whatever format works. If you're just starting out and don't have work yet, come anyway. Watching others get critiqued is how you learn.
